Caretta Caretta Review & Giveaway Preview

So I am here to tell you more about the purse I got to review as well as more about My Caretta. I must tell you, I am pretty particular about the purses I carry. It needs to be able to fit my big wallet in it, and it just needs to feel comfortable. It does not need a brand name attached, I just need to like it, and believe it or not, it is hard to find a purse that I actually like.


I am also not a "one style" purse kind of girl. I like satchels, hobo bags, shoulder purses, clutches, the list can go on and on. Again, I just have to feel comfortable with the purse I am carrying and like it. Well, the hand made purse I got from Caretta Caretta is definitely a keeper. I like this purse for a couple of reasons (I told you about some of them here yesterday). I like this purse because it is long. I am not a tall girl, so when this purse is on one shoulder, it falls almost to the top of one of my knees. But, you can also wear it across the opposite shoulder and have it cross your body which is especially nice when you have two little kids running around - You never have to worry about your purse falling off!

Because of the colors of this purse (green and an oatmeal"ish"), I do not think I would use this as a summer bag. It has more of a Fall/Winter season "vibe" to it. But that is great because that means I don't have to go searching around to find myself another purse come Fall.

But, Caretta Caretta carries other purses that would be more suitable for a summer look. Check this one out.
This is also a hand made wool purse, but the colors can definitely be considered "summery". One thing I would like to note is that when I say it is made out of wool, it is not the scratchy wool you normally think about when you hear "wool" it is definitely a softer variety.
